We do not really care for the word “diet”. It has a negative connotation and people instantly think, “eating less” when they hear that word. We like to use the words “Nutrition Plan” as they include vitamins, supplements, and all the nutrition you need to effectively feed your body. You will eat on our Plans! Nutrition Plans consist of a complete & full breakdown based off of individual needs, wants, and desired goals. Nutrition Plans are also specific to gender, height, weight, body fat percentage, blood type (A, B & O), food likes and dislikes. Our plans are comprehensive and you will have all of the support necessary to make them work.
